为深入实施创新驱动发展战略,贯彻国家关于长江经济带与“一带一路”建设高效融合,积极有效地发挥国际科技合作在扩大科技开放与合作中的促进和推动作用,促进我省国际科技合作基地发展,发挥国际联合研究中心的引导示范作用,发展“项目-人才-基地”相结合的国际科技合作模式,使国合中心成为安徽省在利用全球科技资源、扩大科技对外影响力等工作中的骨干和中坚力量,并对桥梁安全领域、皖江地区国际科技合作的发展产生引领和示范效果。经安徽省科技厅下文《关于认定第四批安徽省国际科技合作基地的通知》(皖科外秘〔2020〕332号),设立安徽省桥梁结构数据诊断与智慧运维国际联合研究中心(2020R01013)。
中心聚焦国内外桥梁结构数据诊断与智慧运维前沿,围绕桥梁结构健康为主题,以桥梁运行过程中的温度场、应力应变场、风荷载、交通工具(车辆、船舶等)荷载,地震作用等为研究对象,面向“一带一路”沿线国家桥梁设施健康与安全领域国际科学前沿和重大科技需求,汇聚国际一流创新人才,融合多边科技资源,建立国际化运行机制,承担国际前沿或重大需求科研任务。
目前国合中心主要合作单位有:捷克、斯洛文尼亚、立陶宛、希腊、克罗地亚、波兰等中、东欧“一带一路”国家和地区的高校及科研院所。

The center focuses on the forefront of bridge structure data diagnosis and intelligent operation and maintenance in the domestic and overseas. Centering on the theme of bridge structure health, the center takes the temperature field, stress and strain field, wind load, load of vehicles (vehicles, ships, etc.) and earthquake action in the process of bridge operation as the research object.
