安徽省桥梁结构数据诊断与智慧运维国际联合研究中心简介
安徽省桥梁结构数据诊断与智慧运维国际联合研究中心经安徽省科技厅批准的省级科研平台（皖科外秘〔2020〕332号），主要目的是发挥国际科技合作在扩大科技开放与合作中的促进和推动作用，促进我省国际科技合作基地健康发展。中心现有核心团队成员26人（院士2人，其中80%以上获博士学位），可供使用的仪器设备价值600多万元，建筑面积2000平米。已承担国家自然基金等纵向课题12项，到账经费500多万元。发表高水平论文60多篇（均是EI或SCI检索）、发明专利20多项。主要服务于土木工程领域，特别是数据智能感知与解释、损伤模拟与数字孪生、大数据诊断与评估、桥梁智慧管控与性能提升等，聚焦桥梁结构数据诊断与智慧运维前沿，建立国际化运行机制，承担国际前沿或重大需求科研任务。
目前国合中心主要合作单位有：捷克、斯洛文尼亚、立陶宛、希腊、克罗地亚、波兰等中、东欧“一带一路”国家和地区的高校及科研院所。
Introduction to Anhui Provincial International Joint Research Center of Data Diagnosis and Smart Maintenance on Bridge Structures
Anhui Provincial International Joint Research Center of Data Diagnosis and Smart Maintenance on Bridge Structures, a provincial scientific research platform approved by Anhui Provincial Department of Science and Technology, is aimed to play the role of an enabler and a driverof the international scientific and technological cooperation in expanding scientific and technological opening and cooperation, and promote the healthy development of international scientific and technological cooperation bases in Anhui Province. At present, there are 26 core team members (of which more than 80% have obtained doctorates and including 2 academicians). The center covers an area of 2000 square meters, and the available instruments and equipment are worth more than 6 million yuan.The center has undertaken 12 vertical projects such as the National Natural Science Fund, with funds received of more than 5 million yuan. More than 60 high-level papers (all retrieved by EI or SCI) and more than 20 invention patents have been published. The center mainly works in the field of civil engineering, especially those related to data intelligent perception and interpretation, damage simulation and digital twinning, big data diagnosis and evaluation, bridge intelligent control and performance improvement. The center focuses on the frontier of bridge structural data diagnosis and intelligent operation and maintenance, establishes an international operation mechanism, and undertakes international frontier or major demand scientific research tasks.
At present, the main cooperation units of the center include universities and scientific research institutes in the "the Belt and Road" countries and regions of central and Eastern Europe, such as the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Lithuania, Greece, Croatia, Poland, etc.
